In the event of Hurcastock should substantially change its structure, be sold or merged with another company, a new acquirer will enter into possession of your personal information without your express consent. In case Hurcastock cedes only part of its business, a buyer entity would have access to your personal information without your consent.

10. Disputes

Any disputes regarding your privacy are subject to this Policy and to the General Terms of use of the Hurcastock website, including but not limited to any provisions related to indemnification, limitations on damages, and choice of law and forum.
